Here's a banner submission form for your convenience.
Watch the previewer to see how it all comes together!
It can also automate quite a few fixes for audio now, and some for images.

Some recommendations:

• Set the title based on info from Redump or GameTDB - shorten if needed
• Provide all mandatory data below (as files, clipboard images, or URLs)
• Multiple input formats supported depending on form, names are normalized upon upload
• Feel free to use the Download Assets button when all fields are correctly populated to retrieve the assets as processed by the site (for later processing, investigation, etc.)
• Speaking of that- if you utilize the on-site seam carving (it'll tell you if it did that), you might want to look at the output- it can often work magic, but for particularly geometric shapes (especially in images that don't have a lot of dead space to carve out) it can do really weird things to the image!

P.S.: I would prefer submissions to be normalized to NTSC-U IDs (GXXEXX) if the submitted game in question exists in that region and doesn't have region-specific traits.
